The Huntington Harbour Yacht Club is a member driven organization. Our Volunteer leadership consists of officers, directors and committees. In addition to the volunteer work put in by members, the club is supported by a fantastic group of club staff.
As with most yacht clubs the various posts use naval terminology. The highest ranking post is the Commodore. The Commodore is assisted by a Vice Commodore, Rear Commodore and Fleet Captain in a similar nautical rank order.

Collectively the Flag Officers of HHYC are known as “The Helm”. Each of the Flag Officers have different duties and manage different committees. Members are highly encouraged to join committees to support the club and build stronger relationships among the members.
